SCI-FI COMMISIONS (Updated)Hello everyone, AdamKop here
Being on the DeviantART for almost a year, I decided to finally start doing commisioned work. I got quite a few questions and requests throughout the year and now I composed a list with prices for my works.
If you have already seen my gallery, you must already know that I am mostly modeling original concepts for Star Wars and Star Trek universe.

Here is a link to my gallery if you didn't see it by now : https://AdamKop.deviantart.com/gallery/

I am open to other types though, so don't be afraid to ask if you are interested in StarGate or Metroid.
All prices are not final though, because they might be lower (f

At first glance I thought it was Voyager. I think the main text on the Saucer could be bigger, but lighting is great, nicely detailed all the way around. what program do you use for your modeling? and where do you get your textures? If you'd be interested I'd love for you to join my Facebook page and give me some feed back on my ships as well. the Vehicle City Shipyards: [link]
I see so many Voyager aspects that is why my Originality vote is as low as it is.
None the less keep up the great work, can't wait to see more.

Thank you for the critique I can't comment on the design of this ship because it was my commisioner's concept. As for the textures, I create my own maps in photoshop. All of my models are done in 3ds max.
I'm not using facebook though, since it was way too much pointless stuff for me

Fair enough, if you don't mind please give me some feed back on my ships I am really like the pointers I get from other modelers.

this is quite a ship, very interesting ideas. just confused by the small extra bit in front of the nacelle struts, my mind tells me they are meant to be impulse engine exhausts, but they could be just about anything. Also, the engines, they seem to be a little oddly placed, although in a nice way, of course. it does compliment the design, but it also leaves a lot to be desired strength of pylon wise. the connections would need significant reinforcement to withstand that amount of pulling on them, with a connection that thin, it might prove difficult. textures wise, an excellent overall job.a small amount too much detailing on the secondary hull, but that is just my opinion.

Thank you very much for the critique !
I can't comment much on the design of this ship because I was doing it following a blueprint Some parts may seem a bit odd, such as the thin nacelle pylons, but in reality they have chamfered edges that make them appear thinner than they actually are. As for the details on the secondary hull, I think I did actually went overboard with the dark texture, which provides a bit too much contrast to the rest of the model.
If I ever work on this ship (or just do a different one), I will surely keep those tips in mind.

nice to hear back from you. sometimes a blueprint is the hardest thing to work from. i know; been there done that!

Yeah, it's easier to do the model, but problems will always arise

true. i am working on a bridge design myself. i have a fair idea of what i want, but just can't get the idea top work properly.

Love this ship mate, may be do a flyby with a intrepid class ship, to show the many differences between the two. I can see from a mile away she's a different ship, and I love the sensor wings mate.

Nope; too big! I bet the Voyager would look like a fly next to this thing.

You missed the aft dorsal phaser arrays.

But I don't want to leave on a negative note, so let me say this: you did her justice. I want to see her from different angles, and I think that says enough about how well she was modeled.

I would like them to point out what exactly about this ship looks like Voyager. Just because its streamline?? Or maybe because it was an Auxiliary Deflector in the front?? I posted the "blueprints" on my page so you can get a better look at it. and to answer the question about the wings on the side, they are lined with censers.. its a science ship. I was trying to come up with something original.

Yeah it actually makes me wonder why no one brought up the Dauntless or Prometheus into the conversation, because these ships actually seem to have more comparable features. I guess it's the overall shape of the ship combined with the popularity of Voyager makes for that impression
