I'm thinking of having burgers for dinner tonight but I'm debating between White Castle sliders and lettuce-wrapped home-cooked double cheeseburger. Probably going to go with the White Castles.
Speaking of which, Why do some restaurants like White Castle and Wendy's use square burger patties?

How do you do up your fries? I always bake ours in the oven, with olive oil and spices. But they never turn out uniformly crisp, like yours look.
