Monstermann the extra parts are made from a high density modelling foam (used a lot in the auto industry) - I didn't have access to a work shop so most of the work is done with a dremmel apart from a few of the bigger cuts at the start which were done with a blade saw

Thanks for letting us add this to the PWC Gallery! It's truly one of the most spectacular sets of prop work I've ever seen... doubly amazing for being Nerf-based. How you don't have like a billion views is far beyond me... I hope the gallery addition will help a little with that!

They are day light balanced commercial led strips like they use in bars etc took a while to wire those suckers in!
