Are you sure you're thinking of the right shows? The Major is a full-body cyborg, Briareos is a heavy cyborg, and Deunan was 100% curvy human.

I'm a big fan of both your work and Shirow's work, and your takes on Shirow's two hottest heroines is a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup-style synthesis of two of my favorites. It almost looks like a cosplay from your versions of Kei and Yuri as the two Shirow ladies. This is my favorite so far of your current trip down memory lane with these old sketches.

Lovely work and great pencil shading .. specially love how you made Motoko's expression cold and professional while Dunan's expression more aggressive and hot-headed .. and it's always good to see two of my fav heroines side-by-side XD
