From a few years ago, a pin-up I drew for a special issue of the POWERPUFF GIRLS comic, which featured a number of guest artists contributing their own takes on the PPGs. (Mignola ponied up an especially kickass Mojo Jojo, if I recall correctly.)I gather that my version of the Girls makes them look a mite too old, but what the heck...
I have a vague recollection of a colored version of this piece lurking somewhere on DA, but I'm too tired to bother looking for it. (The bleeping nor'easter flooded my cellar, big time, and I spent most of today pumping out the noisome floodwaters... Ick.)

Sweet! oh ya i forgot to tell you i'm almost done. sorry i'm a bit lazy right now so i'm not going to do any shading and i might do the city i don't know but i think i'll do the sky.sorry lazy because of this test we took this week.So maybe you can do the shading i don't know so ya.After i'm done talking to you i'll send you it, after erasing blossem skin on the second layer then i'm done!

I'm probably gonna get screamed at for saying this, but I'm rather dissapointed with this picture. The way the faces were drawn*shudders* I know you're one of the first americans to draw manga, but you could've done alot better. I'm sorry, but the anime version of PPG was much better than this.

Lol i know this is an old comic but this was made in the early 200's, where anime expressions were exactly like how he drew them. Also, the expressions are part od hia art style.

A very good version of the girls, they look fantastic but I think their fangs are a little bit exagerated. Still I like it.

I have that issue!! I like them looking a little older - they look weird drawn younger in anime in my opinion, unless they're chibi or something.

Wow! I remember seeing this in an issue of the PPG comic book when I was in elementary school! I LOVED this picture! I tried to imitate it, but I'd get frustrated because my drawing looked nothing like this haha. I tore it out of the book and posted it on my wall, but I eventually lost it. I'm so happy seeing this on here! It brings back so many memories! :'D
