新年快樂！ Happy Chinese New Year!

I wanted to paint a rabbit to practice painting a bit more. Since I don't have a lot of experience painting I really just tried to wing it and didn't know what I was doing most of the time

I had a lot of trouble with the red background and choosing colors that worked with it, but I really wanted to keep the red since I had the Chinese New Year in mind as I painted this. It was fun nonetheless, so I hope you like it!

I really like the background! It looks like the rabbit's in the middle of new year celebrations! His body looks a little too small, but it really doesn't detract from the overall loveliness of the picture. ^^ So cute!!

Thank you! Originally the body was a little foreshortened, but I think I lost it when I was painting it because he kept getting fluffier Definitely something I will work on
