He's gotten through losing Fred and now is a billionare because he used all the pent-up anger and sadness over Fred and put it to work in the store. So he has a fancy new jacket and fancy new toys (not sure what they are, but they look dangerous)

p.s. I don't know who this is really supposed to be, but i thought it looked somewhat like george. i guess.

p.s.s. I don't know what's up w/ his hair.
