I finally complete it.. Well, since I love Togepi so much, I've decided to draw a Happy Birthday Theme just for Togepi and his friends too~ But... I'm still not good in background drawings... Hope I can improve my skills and of course hope guys like it!

You're welcome! But seriously, the background's great. You don't want to have a totally awesome, amazing background that completely derails from the main subject and what you're supposed to be looking at... that'd be bad
