made eyelashes blue XD
note 10/3/2014 ill be darkening out the shades overall and adding some more to hair.
10/4/2014 - darkened shades fixed some shading issues

i knew they were blue but im testing between blue and black ,not sure which is better even though blue is faithful to the original o3o struggles
