Target file: PSArt.dll -> SPLASHARTBG.PNG
Directory: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4\

You can download my work on PSD: 8413EBE2
Instructions:
1. Rename original "PSArt.dll" into "PSArt.BAK" from directory
2. Copy modified "PSArt.dll' from 'CS4' folder, and paste into Adobe directory
3. Open Photoshop CS4, and see the SPLASH!

Update! Fixed (remove dark shadow), you can apply new PSArt.dll from now..

It will look way cooler if the shadows where not to dark!
