^_^ a new OC! but i guess she kind of looks like my character meadow, so maybe this is an upgrade? xD her dress is flowing water, and there is so much i can do with that! ^.< should i put her in my new manga?!? would you read about her? please answer!Youtube video: [link]

Well, I read your journal entry, so I will do my best to give some critisicm. I too am looking for it and rarely ever get it, so I will do the best I can to give my input to you. All I ask is that you please don't take any offense to yourself or your art and that anything I say is in attempt to be in the best light as possible.
The whole idea for the character is really cool. The dress seems a little strange to be made out of water and to her be in it in the picture as well. A little more shading to show the difference between the two would be good so the viewer can see that.
The lily pads, (wonderfully done) should be a little different in size. The one closest to the viewer on the left should be a little bit bigger to show that it's closer and give a little more depth to the drawing, otherwise it's a little difficult to see the direction we're looking at your water girl.
The hair I would suggest to make a little more 'stringy' if that makes any sense. The two strands you have down the front of her shoulders are nice, but make her hair go out from there once it hits the water point. It's hard to do (trust me, I've tried) but it looks really cool.
That's all the more I'll say since I don't want to overstep my bounds, but I will watch you and continue to critique your works if you'd like me to. Even if you don't I'll still watch you and continue to see how you'll grow in your artistry.
