Getting ready for the holiday season and with that also has to be the new year coming up after Christmas so I went back and looked at myself in a mirror to know how I really look like and added that into my main oc Adean in her human form even adding a backpack to show that she loves to travel and see new places and gave her glasses to make her more of me.

I feel like if I redesign my characters using real life references instead of always using illustrations from already existing cartoons I feel like my characters would be more unique instead of tracing on top of bases all the time to create a new oc but to look at things that are real so I can come up with my own art style and designs that are unique. I’ll still practice drawing using cartoon illustrations for learning purposes but not to usually post online which is why I’m going back to looking at things from real life as well mostly.

So here is Human Adean’s redesign I will soon post Dragon Adean in her new year redesign too.
