I get the impression that she's about to be punished but and is either determined not to flinch or knows she didn't actually do anything wrong but still feels like she might deserve it.

She's sad because her what may have been colourful wings have altered into gloomy shades of black.
Gorgeous colouring skills, and I especially like the shading of the eyelids.

#2 she had broken some plates and mugs with food for customers
#3 she don't like her job
#4 drunk customer had slapped her lower-back area...
#5 maybe she don't like her outfit...
