the theme is 'tsundere villains'. /shotdeaddifferent from Rogue, maybe Forte in the game is not as soft as Rogue. If Rogue saved Geo several times, i don't recall Forte helping Megaman in any MMBN series. But in NT warrior (manga, i don't watch the anime lol) at the last battle Forte helped Megaman to fight Gregar.
Rogue's personality is likely mixed from Chaud and Forte lolol.

I get the idea that Rogue/Solo is a seperate character entirely from Bass.EXE with some minor similarities in appearance. I felt that Rogue was more of a combo of several different characters (such as Zero, Protoman, and Bass) all in one due to his personality and appearance. But you did a good job on this. I'm preparing to make a fan-fic story of a Star Force 4 where a new character emerges that takes on the ideas of a Star Force version of Bass. I hope you like the idea of it but first I gotta finish Star Force 2 on the DS and play Star Force 3 to get any ideas on how to create my fan-fic.

Hmmm.. I think Bass never really "helped" Megaman in any way besides their goals being the same. Solo is a completely different case... Oh gods I can't take him seriously now that I've seen that face XD
