Description
I've been pretty unhappy with the type symbols used in recent Pokémon games (BDSP, Legends, Scarlet/Violet),
but I also don't want to keep using the Sword&Shield ones on every infographic I make.
So I finally decided to design my own symbols for each type.

I designed these very slowly, with many iterations, over the course of half a year, trying to capture the essence of each type to my personal liking, while also wanting the symbols to have enough variety AND consistency to feel like a set.
And I will probably keep improving them from time to time, so consider them a work-in-progress; it's just that they are now at a stage where I am quite happy with them.

-- UPDATE 31st January 2023:
Re-designed some of the symbols, made all of them generally more... flat and sharp for a lack of better word lol. Also tweaked the color for Flying to make it less similar to Ice.

Slight tweaks to the existing symbols, and added my 4 made-up types with new symbol designs.
Tweaked the colours for all types to make them even more distinct and balanced.

-- Usage policy:
If you want to use them, I am generally fine with that, but:
I would prefer for them to NOT be used for purposes that have nothing to do with Pokémon (because I designed them for a Pokémon context),
nor in ways where there is no way for anyone to find out where the symbols are from.
So, if you use them (for example for your own Pokémon related infographics, or some kind of video about Pokémon) AND you make it very easy to find a link that leads here, that's OK by me.
