Well taken! Iβm digginβ the concept, and I like how neutral the color is compared with the simple shape of the doorway. The only element that distracts me in this is the abstract green and blue banner. I bet if you cropped the picture just below that, you would gain more balance as a whole and a better focal point. The eye would take in the beautiful doorways without having to keep jumping to the green/blue.

Very nice shot, I really like the colors and the composition with the repeating patterns! How did you get so little people in your shot? From what I've seen of the forbidden city it's usually incredibly crowded.
