Ahh... I always wanted to draw this.
They're Letty and Cirno from Touhou, the icy duo....kind of
well lesse here, Letty only appears during winter, the other seasons she hibernates, while Cirno is available all the time. Meaning, they could only meet for a short while.
Most pictures I see were about the sad good byes that occurs every end of winter, so I decided to make a happy one instead, the meeting at the beginning of winter!
I bet Cirno's all giddy and happy to see Letty again.
alright then, let's just leave the two alone for now, 'eh?

This was originally made for the winter celebration contest. Well at least it's one of the theme.
Mine is rather the opposite, Cirno is happy enough just to see Letty again, she doesn't need anything more like a celebration or something.
Well, if celebration means you're being happy about it, it doesn't have to be flashy and big right? Being happy is the one that counts. Even if it's just for the two of them.

Awesome concept, shoot me for not really picturing them together more (I blame Team (9) =s). Love their expressions and the colours, such a pretty mix of blue and mauve, the aurora tint just makes this scene magic.
