She's beautiful! I love your style, with the thickness of the lines and just the simplicity of the picture with this amazing blend of colors that brings everything together perfectly. The expression is very much her, and you got so many details to look really lovely (her eyes, pendant, hair, etc.). It's really awesome to see art for Ophelia, too - she's a really cool character, and we hardly ever see anything for her. Your Servamp art is some of my favorite, and I love seeing it!
