Yang was both shamed and ashamed to have been so publicly made a prisoner by this irate young Japanese woman, but he knew better to try to contradict female fury when it was in full flow..
“Yes, ma’am,” the Chinese criminal replied meekly, “I’m sorry, ma’am…”, while quietly vowing to not fly ANA again when he finally got out.
