Daily Deviations are a blessing and a curse. Your art gets lots of publicity, but sometimes you won't get comments about what people actually liked. So I'll let you know.
The picture is simple. There is one focus, one red center. But on the other hand the art style is very distinctive. It's almost sketchy, and the bubblish background (and the bubbles from the fish itself) add a lot of interest. This is honestly the sort of artwork I would buy. It's very focused but still detailed enough to be interesting. Really beautiful.

this is gorgeous, i love the colours you've use.. the background looks like clouds in the sky but the colours are sea greens and blues. i love the sketchiness and the flecks of paint or whatever that make it look retro. fave.

but many ppl try to minimize the appearance of them...
making the image almost too smooth, w/ too much of an immaculate feel.

It reminds me of the Mediterranean, I like it. The colors are so subtle, yet they pop out. Makes sense? No. But you def. deserved the Daily Deviation! Congrats : D
