Uhh..I just checked ..it's Pelikan Fountain Pen Ink (4001-brilliant black)....but I used some crayons as well..I'm not that good with ink. Just thought of using it

But it looks good to me
Right now, I'm using Pilot Drawing Pen (Pigment Ink 0.3) for the lineart, and which it's also suitable for drawing comic panel... Or you can find other brands in stores nearby...

Erm..well Ishida is a Quincy.Although I prefer archer..I guess Kubo likes playing with words..But..beats me if quincy exists in a dictionary
