Here's my next Sonic-Universe-vs.-Godzilla-Universe Installment, a duel between possibly the most powerful and dangerous characters in their respective franchises... if only anything had been done with them past the planning stage.

Nazo was a mysterious character who only ever appeared in an early "Sonic X" trailer, and briefly on Sega's Japanese website. The character gained notoriety after the famous fan cartoon "Nazo Unleashed" hit the internet. In said cartoon, Nazo was a monster made from pure chaos energy from every time the Chaos emeralds were ever used for evil. Incredibly powerful and dangerous, Nazo (when he went Perfect) was strong enough to crush both Super Sonic and Super Shadow...

...but it's doubtful indeed whether that'll be enough to stop Bagan. A monster who appeared in the first ideas for several Godzilla movies, but never made it to the final cut, Bagan only appeared as a canonical monster in his own right in the SNES game "Super Godzilla". Here, he was depicted as a horror from Earth's "Ultra-ancient past", and was imbued and mutated with the genetic code of both Godzilla and King Ghidorah. This abomination completely obliterated Tokyo in seconds, and nearly killed Godzilla before the Super-X showed up with a radiation boost that revived the king and powered him up.

Who will win?... my money's on Bagan, but what do you think?
