Staring at the moon, what do I see?A pair of gray eyes, staring at me
I wonder what lies beyond that vast snowy plain,
Yet nobody knows and won't ever again.
Does this moon have a friend it can talk to all day?
This moon has a mother who talks all day
She holds all of our wishes, our dreams, and fears,
And keeps us going throughout our years.
I'm sure this moon is very shy,
because it never talks, just floats on by.
But one thing I know about this moon is keen,
The moon is my crystal, cut and serene.
