First attempt at animating in GraphicsGale. I tried to make the hair bounce but it looked odd xDI really want to improve my animation, so please tell me what you think so far

Yes, it's true that if you succeed in making a bounce in her hair, it would be better, but anyway, it look very good like this too

I can sort of imagine how trying to make the hair bounce could had gone XDΒ
Really cute though. I think there should be a delay between the bounce and the blinking. Like to have her bounce then stop to blink naturally before looping. Or have her bounce loop with her eyes open a few times before making her bounce and blink? Cause having her bounce and blink at the same time everytime is quite unnatural but this is really good grounds for a test.Β
Maybe if you were going to delay her blinking, try to do it while not in sync with her bouncing otherwise it can look quite mechanical. But even if you just left it in like that it'd probably be fine.Β

Drill hair is always hard to do but it looks pretty good here.

It's really cute!
But if I had to bring some critique on the table regarding the animation I'd say that it's still rather "stiff".
It might've looked more fluid if the other arm was moving as well. A slight bounce to the hair, maybe the head, or maybe some movement in the skirt?
That said I really do adore the hair - it's so nice and swirly! :>
