So this year I decided to do something different for Pokemon Day. I finished a piece for the Pokemon Illustration Contest this year but I can't post it till the winners are announced so I wanted to do something similar that I could post so I chose my favorite Pokemon and decided make this piece.I will definitely need to do the water effects a little differently in the future, but i think it still turned out nicely.
