Desirei was a human who is a non sinner who has been sent to Hell as she died at the age of 18 as she unalived by her own parents for being overly physically abusive.
Desirei has an abusive life when she was alive. So when she was unalived by her parents, Heaven did not let her in due to her liking Wiccan magic HOWEVER, Desirei has never committed any wrongs towards others, Heaven itself is a douchebag of judgementals. In the end, they let her pick where she can go within the Layers of Hell, Desirei picked Imp City without Heaven telling her what that place is anyways.
Her color scheme is blue, red and black, as her sclera is blueish grey meaning she is a non sinner in Hell. Mute and uses magic to spell out her words.

𝖎𝖓 𝖙𝖍𝖊 𝖍𝖚𝖒𝖆𝖓 𝖜𝖔𝖗𝖑𝖉, Mary Magdalene was conceive at an inconvient time since her parents were famous at their town as preachers as they run their local Catholic church. Maria, her mother and her father Joseph was strictly religious and as they had their only daughter they did nothing but neglect and abuse her.
Growing up in her teen years, Mary Magdalene was not allowed to make friends its always after classes she will go home and do church things. Read the Bible, be quizzed about the topics they read, she never has interest in these things. However, if she ever shows uninterest and/or make any mistakes, she will be punished harshly for it.
All her life its all about this. In secret, Mary has taken interest in Wiccan Magic secretly at her school which no one pays attention to her. Her bruises and scars as she always get bullied as well too due to being quiet and not socializing at all.
A few hours her 18th birthday, her parents found out about her interest in Wiccan spells that her parents considers "devils magic" or "lucifer's influence" when Mary sees it more differently than her parents, she received the worse corporal punishment from her parents that she just ended her life. Exactly at midnight of her 18th birthday.

When she died, the higher ups in Heaven did not know where to put Mary Magdelene. In her all her life being alive, Mary never did anything evil or sinful towards 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 in her time being alive yet they will not let her enter. Apparently, Heaven considered her ❝ 𝘢𝘥𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘞𝘪𝘤𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘤 𝘪𝘴 𝘢 𝘴𝘪𝘯 𝘪𝘵𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 ❞.
As consolation as Mary could see Heaven 𝘪𝘴 𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘦𝘴, they let her pick a realm to go to as her soul is still wandering about. Mary picked the 𝕴𝖒𝖕 𝕮𝖎𝖙𝖞 not knowing what it is or is it low or high class, the angels just put her there.
Mary decided to change her name to something cooler picking the name Desirei. However, due to her own experience with abuse and being judged, she became mute, well, selectively mute anyways. Desirei has found herself wandering in Imp City but did not notice the color of sclera was blueish grey meaning she has a chance to be in Heaven but for some reason ended up in Hell. Desireé carried a wooden box filled with random letters, numbers and punctuation symbols in the box as she realizes she can do magic here.
While Desirei was being bullied, Moxxie, Millie and Loona was the ones who saved her and helped her up as they saw Desirei wont fight back even if she was being abused like that. In the end, Blitzø adopted her as well just like he did with Loona, plus he considers her also very helpful its rare for anyone in the Imp City to use magic. Though they did notice the color of her sclera then again they were not surprised with Heaven's judgemental ways.
Desirei met Stolas once when he was walking into Imp City with his wife, Stella and his daughter Octavia. Love at first sight but Desirei wont do anything as she can see Stolas is married to Stella and is a Prince of the Goatia Family.
