Ok then, here's my latest Dark World Loki, based on this older, multi-composition piece: admiraldemoy.deviantart.com/ar… but with what will be his outfit in Thor 2, gleaned from the behind-the-set photos where Tom is posing with his Avengers Hot Toys action figure.I reworked most of it for this digi rendition, & kept the more natural tone & rustic look. I entirely changed the hair now that we DO know how it will look, new hairline & all. Even the ears are redone, the eye area with more lines & deeper colour, nose & lips reshaped, & that slightly too rounded jawline, now looking more chiselled & masculine. I got rid of the light shadow on the right, to make the face look more even, brighter. Eyebrows are pretty much the same.
The armour might look a bit too 'worn' & 'rusty', but it suits the overall very colourful look, since I gave it all more textures, with only few highlights - though I was sorely tempted to add more shine here & there. So now he does look most definitely near-identical to what his appearance will be like in Thor 2 - wilder, more 'aged', more beautiful than ever, though I take it the hair looks a bit too neat here. The size is slightly bigger than usual since I extended the canvass a bit at the top to add more hair.

Yeah, the more 'posh' days when it comes to his hair care, & things to smile about, though I might have overdone the 'lines' a tad. That was before we saw his actual hair, so it looks a bit 'too groomed'.

Oh no problem, I like hearing how ppl interpret things. I think it makes him look more 'friendly' too, which might come across as innocent, yeah, since the lines look more like laughter lines, like Tom has them, Well, I copied them from HIS face, not Loki's.

Hopefully we'll see Loki laugh someday. With laugh I mean really not his false cheerless gasping. Poor Loki he's got nothing to heartly laugh about. Probably that fact won't change in TDW if things turn out as they are said to be.

I know - we'll just have to wait & see. But on the other hand, the more things go wrong for him, or the more he looks dejected & tearful, the more fans he'll get on top of his army already. Let's hope there are few lighter, fun moments, or it will become a too emotional roller coaster & everyone will be overly mentally exhausted leaving the cinema shaking with 'feels'.

Yes yes in anyway it turns out good for the army I guess. But I just can't see him all depressed and stuff.
Oh the cinema shaking with feels? You can tell. I'm living in a smaller town and I doubt there are many people caring about Loki.
Hopefully some fun moments and not all too black and white.

Oh you never know if you sit next to a secret Loki fangirl. Of course in a larger city cinema it will be HELL. Guaranteed. That's why I won't go on the first day. Not in the mood to be squished by squealing fangirls. Forget about the premier, hell no. Poor Tom & Chris, if they're gonna attend any.
B/w would be a mistake, yeah. Not like Prelude 2. Too stereotypical racist & anti-established-characters.

I'll try to get to the premier in the capitol city (where the actors come to etc.) it's usually a few days/weeks before the premier in the cinemas. And I gues then I would go to the premier in my hometown.
Yeah I hope it's not going to be so hystericall crazy. Nah aslong as everybody is friendly and not to hyper pushy.

Oh everyone hates the silly posing, it is indeed very cliché. But then again, in Asgard she's a nobody, out of place, & I doubt her skills can help anyone there. That's why they need Loki.

I know, that's the main reason why near-everyone hates that part. I do too. They blew up a very minor character to become Thor's love interest, rather than concentrate on what this is all about, Thor & Loki, nothing much else. Thor needs to get with Sif anyway, based on legend. Not some mortal, no matter how smart she is.

I hope not, Jane has to go here, or leave for good, we cannot haver her back in Thor 3. Portman will most likely not want to reprise Jane anyway, BECAUSE of the negative reactions to her, or rather the lovey-dovey angle. It would be really dumb on everyone's part to force her. It's Sif's turn next.

Jamie as Sif is badass and 'worthy' to be Thor's love-interest. And loving to fight doesn't mean she's got no brains. I would be ok too if she's becoming his best friend or something. But true in both mythology and comics she's his girlfriend and I think it's totally alright.
