Considering that this is Eden's Gate we're talking about, there will be no happy ending unless the Deputy gets involved. The Seed family is all types of fucked up. John, Jacob, and Faith deal with those they perceive as sinners in different ways, but they're all fucked up, especially Jacob's methods.
