This is the Flag of the Hellenic Imperial Union State of Cyprus. Part of the Hellenic Motherland, Cyprus holds status in the inner core of the Hellenic Union (Hellas, Serbia, Thracia, and Cyprus). I am, but ONLY under the current government recognized by the EU and the Commonwealth. The Northern Republic is nothing but a puppet state of the Turkish Government.

I agree, I don't like the Northern Republic. I think that there should be one nation on Cyprus. I also think Cyprus should have the British military bases, when the island is unified.

Well the British already maintain their military bases on the southern side of the Island (which I full-well support as long as they respect Hellenic and Cypriot Sovereignty, which they do) so I cannot help but agree. Unfortunately, the Turkish government isn't moving, which means the Northern Republic isn't moving, which means nothing is happening. I fear the unification of the island is far off.

Well this flag is, unfortunately fictitious. In this alternative history, Cyprus becomes a part of the Hellenic Union, the heartland of Hellenic (Greek) Royal Empire, and this its flag. I'm sure something like that wouldn't be on Hetalia.
