Anyway this is my entry for Journal Skin Contest.
The rules where it had to be a blue, black, and green color scheme; and had to have a dragon in it! LOL! SO ta da! here it is!
I was going to upload this from my main account *DragonsFlameMagic but if I win, I would like the prize to go to this account since I'm broke and can not afford to upgrade myself.
