Seeing ribs is the sign that somebody's not fat , have you seen an anorexic or bulimic girl , everyone's body has its own healthy weight range and metabolism this girl could eat like a horse and not put on weight ... And another problem is this plus size shit being jammed down everyone's throat the big is beautiful campaign is just as influential an damaging as the skinny model and air brushed girls being plump doesn't make you any more healthy than slightly underweight everyone had there own healthy range and they need to balance it with the right amount of healthy eating and exercise ! This picture is fantastic btw and people should be focusing on the artistic quality of the photo and not imaginary body issues this guy does amazing work with beautiful models !

I'm not pro-fatass, but I'm not pro-anorexia or bulimia. She doesn't appear to have the necessary healthy fats built around her stomach muscles that are naturally formed in all women so I do not deem her as healthy though not the worst. This appears to be a common problem in many women and is why they often cannot hold on to enough nutrient during and after pregnancy because the baby takes so much from them and they have no healthy fats stored. Having a metabolism that is too fast is a health concern too. A decent example of what a healthy build for a woman should be like this:

Not too much muscle or fat, but not too little. I'm aware it's a painting, but it shows a very decent example of a healthy form. Women are built to be slightly soft, but not fat or chubby.

The lighting here is excellent. I really like the way that this is composed, especially the way the light reflects off of the various surfaces in the room. This is an excellent example of an artistic nude without an overt focus on sexuality or objectification.
In addition, I feel that the majority of people telling the artist that this girl 'needs to eat' might want to back off. Some people are naturally skinny, or perhaps her body shape is the result of a personal choice to diet. Either way, this is a lovely photo, and I feel you should be contributing more to the discussion of the lighting and the execution of it, rather than the model's physique.
