I think the main fault is sometimes the girl. Where this girl's boons are very real looking other girls who want HUGE boobs need to expect them to be noticeably fake. Moderation is the key. My cousin is beautiful and thin and a very successful hair stylist. She had NO boons. Like NONE. She got implants and you can't even tell. SO not only did she have a good doctor, she also didn't go off the board and kept them close to a medium to larger C. Sometimes when you have "tear drop" shaped boobs and you try to go bigger they look WAY fake then.
