This is one of my old writing RP character I was playing. I've been trying to get back into art a lot more lately. Krav and gardening has taken up a lot of my time lately, but I want to keep up with my art so I'm "cleaning up" my folder full of partially-completed pieces. I started this one... I don't know how long ago... as a speedpaint and finished it today.

Arley is a Squib which is a Star Wars species that is basically a space squirrel crossed with a fox in some instances. They are short, fast-talking, and obsessed with shiny things. Arley was effectively raised as a pet by a well-to-do Corescant family that didn't know he was a sentient, a situation he eventually outgrew. They eventually turned him loose in the Works—a massive dump. Which he loved. Because of all the shiny objects and people he could quibble with over trading potential.

As an adult, Arley is effectively semi-sentient given his lack of education and his species' natural spazziness. He's decently clever, but very reactive in much the way an animal might be. Big scary things and loud noises will send him rocketing off, much like a squirrel.

I might play him as a DnD-style character at some point. Should be fun playing a low int, ridiculously high dex rogue-style character.
