Those legs look awfully short. It makes it look painful, to be honest.
Also, usually someone in a starting position, such as this, would be looking forward so its easier to time when to start running. I don't think he'd be able to run with those stubs though, so...
Also, the perspective is weird. The hand that's closest to the viewer (his right hand) is a LOT smaller than the hand farthest from the viewer (the left hand).
Another thing, the stub closest to the viewer (his right leg) should be more outstretched.
And another thing, both hands should be on the ground. It helps give the leaping motion when they start running.
