This was actually the first time I ever saw Noah, and when I did I had one of those rare moments where I said to myself "OHHH MAAAN I wish my stitchpunks were that cool!"

I ADORE the dynamic angle here, it suits the creepiness of the character very well. Not to mention your shading and highlights are as SEXY as ever! Nicely done!

Okay I think it looks ADORABLE.
It has that weird ass shaped head like the Eraserhead baby- hawt !
Those big arms are awesome, damn I wish this were a real 9 character because it's pretty well executed.

This guy is pretty wicked looking...especially how his head is different from most the 9 characters I see. I like how you did the perspective on him, but for some reason those long gangly arms freak me out o-o
