Description
This is an illustration for an article "Problems with participation", which focuses on formal obstacles preventing citizens from participating in local governance.It was included in "zamIASt " ("Instead") on-line magazine, which focuses on civil society, Polish and foreign politics and economy, and is published by Social Activity Institute (IAS, Instytut Aktywności Społecznej), an association which I belong to. The "zamIASt" is also my first try on desktop publishing.
Made entirely in MyPaint (using Pen Brush and Modeling Brush).
