just turn the film forwarding knob some and keep shooting the frame, they end up taking 2-4 regular film frames depending on how long you want. I think I forward the knob about a 1/4 turn each time roughly

Brilliant! I love Holga panoramas, and I was alway wondering how photographers know how much to pull the filme film for the next frame, I guess it takes a lot of intuition and practise

I usually turn the dial about a 1/4 turn I think, but I don't have it marked off or measured or anything
