also, I took a look at their gallery. This kind of pony has some obvious differences. IE: No cutie mark, serpentine tail, different markings, different COLORS, no bone markings on the legs. The only thing that they have in common is a skull over their face, which isnt uncommon. Go report someone else.

He did not steal anything. I do not see a resemblance between these two ponies sides a skull on their face and flaming hair. Even then the guy didnt CLAIM this species to be their own.
