XD This is adorable! I love the idea, despite it being a common phrase a lot of people don't draw it. You draw such adorable cats. I like the color choices, it makes the cats a focal point, without making the person hard to see and actually making them a focal point as well. O_O You can draw umbrellas *jaw drops in awe*

I love this, especially the kitty on her shoulder. It's so cute. I do wish that you'd put more of a background in, though.

It reminds me of something my teacher said when sonmeone used thhe expression 'raining cats and dogs'. She said 'That's such a strange thing to say. I always thought it was peculiar... Makes me think of little dead dogs lying all over the ground...'
