Description
Bay Jingshu is the eastern most city of north Neuwaullen near the border of the Dwarvinian Protectorate. The Turtle River to the north and the Kozubov Hory to the south forms a wide corridor forcing most travelers, entering Neuwaullen from the north, through Bay Jingshi. From there roads lead to the coasts and the port and trade cities and to the South Road that eventually leads to the capital. Those wishing an audience with Water Dragon Brandis would head west to the coast and the Golden Cliffs.
