Special Limited Edition 1995 RAINBOW ROBIN EGG Tattletail ! Not only does he talk, but uses his Magic Ears to repeat what he hears!
Rainbow Robin Tattletail (1995) was released before the "original" Tattletail as a very early experiment with the new phrase-repeating feature; but were quickly pulled off the shelves due to their naughty language given by mischievous strangers and children lurking the store.

At first I was gonna say something about the colors, and then I remembered this is set in the 90's.... so this is really freaking accurate, well done! His design is really well thought out and he reflects the time period he is in very nicely, good job!
