Ok, trying to draw this pose and I have little to no practice with foreshortening, so your right leg is kicking my butt all over the place...
Any tips?

It is a tough one. *nodnod*
If you've got a printed version, make a small grid around that area and then reproduce the grid to scale on your drawing (might take a bit of math if you aren't good at eyeballing it). Compare the horizontal and vertical points of the form to other areas of the body that you think are in proportion. For example, the right most edge of the knee is below the breast, the start of the curve of the calf is in line with the right side of the nose. The under curve of the leg is close to the tips of the fingers horizontally.
Seeing how things line up across and down is very helpful with foreshortening because it forces you to think of it as just shape to define and not a "leg" per se. Also, shading will be essential to making it really seem like it's coming forward.
