This timeline is basically if the fall of the Han went even shittier, and bascially no one was able to consolidate too much land, thus no Three Kingdoms ever arose, and China was basically stuck in a state of perpetual conflict between petty states.
Out of the notable Three Kingdoms characters, Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Yuan Shu and Yan Baihu would be able to survive through the alternate warlord era. Though Liu Bei carries on the legacy of the Han in Shu Han, and Yuan Shu rules the Zhong Dynasty. Cao Cao is still a warlord and his domain is Pei Guo. Yan Baihu rules the Shanyue Confederacy. Yan is a Kingdom founded by Kong Rong's descendants.
These characters have all died of old age by this map. And since their deaths, various barbarian groups have invaded China.
Zhao is a Qiang Dynasty. Liang is a Xiongnu Dynasty. Dai is a Wuhuan Dynasty. Wuman is a Baiman Kingdom. Yue is a Kingdom of the Nanyue peoples. Xinyue is a splinter group of the Shanyue Confederacy, comprised of less Han Chinese bandits than their counterpart.
