Description
This is one of the first things I made with MS Paint when I got a computer back in 2000. I did not make the rest of the cast though. So there's just Nei. Later on I added a blinking animation.Nei is a character from the Sega Genesis game Phantasy Star 2. If you are familiar with Phantasy Star Online and Phantasy Star Universe, the Newman race is based on this character.
