well well welll, what do we have here. A Gardevoir in a sailor scout uniform. Now there's somemthing you don't see everyday.

Hmmm where to start off. How about the idea?
It seems you combined the clothing and colour as well as the human body and combined it with certain parts of the creature. This, combined with the artist's style seems to blend beautifully.

The form:
Seems to be in a strange pose. the anatomy I would say is out of teh question, as I do not even know the actual anatomy of the original creature in Pokemon.
One thing is for sure. The character is sleek in form and it is well suited for the character.

My thoughts: I don't really have much to say, because this piece of work is great. What more can I say. I haven't seen anything like it before, but I reckon some improvement will need to be made, like the pose and the detail on the feet. Other than that I got nothing else to say.

Hey I think this looks pretty good for a concept one thing I would say is that if you have a chance with a photo editing software (photoshop etc) perhaps just select your figure and tilt it ever so slightly to the left. At the moment she looks like she is toppling backward is all. Tilting happens a lot even with commercially experienced illustrators! I think it has to do with which hand you draw with too.

yea...i usually just color it as it scanned...looks better w/ the backround...well i just recently learned how to rotate my layers on photoshop using the "transform" tool...so i've been playing w/ that...anyways...thanks >^_^< & i'll try to keep that in mind about tilting my drawings...cuz usually that's something i'd probably forget about

^_^ yea I know especially when you have looked at that way for a while you tend to not see how off balance it can be.
