I'm particularly fond of the warm tones in this piece: It feels like light breaking through a window in the morning, or something similarly warming. The light shining outside from a lit room, perhaps. Either way, I like this piece a lot. Good stuff.

you should try it again. just extend the lines, borders of the objects you paint. let the objects appear transparent. break the areas where the perspective is too obvious, create the illusion of perspective where it wouldn't be expected.

It’s as if you are looking at the light shown across the room from an unseen open window on a sunny day.
