i'm sorry for bothering you,but you are a concept artist right ?..i'm trying to become one and hopefully someday i will get to your level,but i wanted to ask,what kind of character briefs do clients give you to make a character for them ?..are they detailed with some back story or very little info and you have to do a lot of guess work ..any example would be great

Ahh how much info you get depends on the client really, sometimes you might not be told much about the background or even the game the character is for, other times you might get some story or game related info to help set the scene. Otherwise you should get a brief outlining the character, their purpose, weapons, class etc again it all really depends on what they are after and how much freedom you get in designing the char.Β
