Absolute ideal combination! I've always loved the taillights of the 3200, but I'm just as partial to the side and front fascia treatment of the GranTurismo. Finally, someone had the good sense to combine the two!
Only issue I might take with it is that it bears an almost uncanny resemblance to the production version of the Lexus LF-A's rear end. (as far as the taillights resting over rear-grilles goes, the exhaust is obviously different)

I feel you, I miss the old awesome tail lights of the 3200. This is the proper Maserati look! nice work
