References: Google, non-specific site, searched "catbird", and went to the "Images" tab, and picked a couple to draw
Title: Catbird

Image ID: [a white sheet of A4 paper lying evenly. There are nine birds, specifically catbirds, of which were drawn from multiple references. There are two of which no references were used at all. There is a bird eye of which is drawn of the lower centre of the paper /End ID]

Introductory note:

Starting off, this is my first post on Deviantart and this is going to be the first time that I have ever used this platform-- 15 of June, 2024.

The reason for using this platform is to store, sort, and file my art somewhere and someplace where it wouldn't take up too much space. I'm thinking about drawing again. To me, it feels like it has been a long time since I've sat down to seriously (most importantly, leisurely) draw even though it only has been just about 9 months.

I've thrown away a shockingly large of art since the past year and scribbles, never to be seen again... I daresay that I have compunctions regarding that matter, but let bygones be bygones. The present is most important.

Notes:

As mentioned in the title, these birds are called catbirds! I had learned about them from someone who is super smart! And well... at first from when I heard about this bird, I didn't EVEN believe that there was such a bird called a catbird! I just thought that it was a joke... like REALLY?? A cat... bird??? It sounds funny, but so are many bird names.

On the other hand, love these little guys sm <333 Another note: do look up how they sound like!!
