Zephyr scurried after his sister, almost falling in the process. "Chavil, you know mother said we musn't leave the sewer. It's for our own safety!"
Chavil turned to her brother with an upset look on her face."Ah, I know, Zephyr... It's just, that noise! I have to wonder what it might've been..."
"But Chavil! Those rats said that there are monsters in the dark. We're small, we'll be chewed to pieces! We'll be supper within minutes for them..!" Zephyr looked uneasy.
"Ugh. You don't have to believe those bullies. They only say that to scare you. And really, if I don't go find out what that noise was, I will live my life in regret, wondering what it was." Chavil sighed.
"So what?!"
"Well, if you must know, I would rather die then regret something I wish I had done. And truly, I'd love to know what it was. Just think about all the amazing things it could be!" She declared, turning to her brother. "And I wouldn't mind if it was just a little thing. Because, well... If it was something as simple as a rock falling through a pipe, it made me think, hope, and wonder what it could be. It's a wonderful feeling! If it is just a rock, it was a little thing that got be excited; And in life, the little things are the ones that make it worthwhile."

I worked on this for like, 3 hours strait. XD That's a long time for me~! But I adore the way this looks.
And Champagne is one of my new favorite colors. (See Chavil, the mouse on the left) It's such a pretty color. .w.
Chavil is my new main character other then Soul, I'll likely sketch her a lot. XD The nicks in her ear are from something, I'm not sure what yet. And if you're trying to imagine there voices; think young harry potter characters. lol. LITTLE ACCENTS <3
I understand why there are so many movies with mice/rats in them now. XD I CAN'T DECIDE IF THEY'RE MICE OR RATS ASDFGHJKL;;;
But there extremely fun to draw.
